Surprised anyone would worry about this at OceanWatch - It always looks great!

We own several there and my question is why renovate so often - I think the current schedule is 5 years for most Marriott timeshares. Extending this to 6 or 7 years could be done without reducing the look and quality of the experience while keep the maintenance fees down. Of course, MVC would be impacted by lessoning their charges for the renovations.
