I don't see the feedback tab anymore. Anyone else?

I sent an email to the MXB-Acctinfo addresses (because I have that from long ago) and I wanted to send screenshots detailing my reservations not showing in my list of current reservations.

I wanted to follow up with a message in the feedback tab and I can't find it, anywhere.

Ha. Way to go WYN. At one time I provided feedback that they should let us send screenshots. And here we are -- almost a year later!

Sandi Bo: "my reservations not showing in my list of current reservations."

Today I was looking for two June 30th reservations that I had at Canterbury for a week. They did not appear in my reservation list. I went back to all of my Wyndham emails to see if I accidentally cancelled them. No emails. I then searched for the original emails with the confirmation numbers to use with a call to Wyndham. I found the original conformation numbers.

Finally, I went back into the Wyndham web site to look one more time. Not there. I decided to sort the reservation in reverse date order. Bam. The reservations suddenly appeared.

Something is not right with this web site.

That says it all. . .

Many of us have found that we have to keep the sort feature showing furthest reservation first to show all of the reservations (changing the sort feature to the more natural "nearest reservation date first" seems to make some reservations "disappear." Other times, I have needed to use the "filter" feature to show only the resort I am checking for reservations. At least for the time being that seems to show the reservations that go missing at times. All in all, here we are into this "improved" website for almost a year, and we can't rely upon the validity of the data it returns.

WYNDHAM, Why haven't you fixed this PIECE OF CRAP??!!! TUG User who is an undercover Wyndham shill (you know how you are!!), can you get your bosses to to fix it? I promise to stop calling you out for being a shill, if you get the piece of crap website fixed!!!

I wonder how many people lost points because they thought they did not have the reservation ? This issue should be an easy fix, if they indeed want to fix it...
