"My Snap" popping up when loading computer

I don't know about that, but I use a free thing called Adblockplus to prevent pop ups. It can get adjusted to allow certain sites to do pop ups if you want some from them.

Some more details may help people to better respond. What do you mean "when loading computer." Where does it popup, and exactly what does it say?

Joyce, it may well be malware, or a leftover from some adware you picked up. If you search for the name, there are removal steps lined up to get rid of it. This is not likely to just go away on it's own. Removal is not difficult.

When you post something like this, it is helpful if you say what computer you are using, (pc, Mac) what operating system, and which browser you use. Also note what you've done already to correct it. No point in having people playing 20 questions to get at the basics.

There is a reason that the first question support people ask about a dead computer is, "Is it plugged in and turned on?"
