My old hgvc website is in Japanese

The log in page is in English but once I actually log in the website is in Japanese. I called HGVC. The tech people are out and the phone counselor says when she logs in she see English.

Try clearing all of your cookies in your browser, and then exit and restart. I had the UPS site come up in French for me one time, and that fixed the problem. I hope it is that simple for you.

You can also check the "Regional and Language" options from the control panel, and see if it is correctly set in the tabs there.

For some reason, I used to get advertisements in Spanish (which I do not speak) on my-Yahoo page. Maybe it was 'cuz I once loaded it while staying at the HGVC-affiliate in Cancun. I dunno. But clearing out my history and cookies seems to have fixed the problem.
