Two weeks ago, I submitted a "suggestion" online in which I asked Delta to extend domestic fee waivers thru May+June for those of us travelling to cruise ports, such as Boston, Vancouver or Seattle, for cruises involving Canadian ports.
Wednesday, a Delta rep called to tell me that they reviewed my "suggestion," and would waive my fees for this trip in May. They called it "situational flexibility." She said, "Becuz your cruise was cancelled, we will cancel your trip and waive the change fee. You'll have to use the credit + travel by 12/31."
-------------------------
True enuff. My May trip to Boston (return from Montreal) is gone online.
But I'm still waiting for the credit to show up. They say it may take 24 hrs.
