MVCI followed up my problems with an e-mail. I didn't even contact them about it :banana: . Must not have been an isolated event.

Tis error message normally shows up when you register for an MyVacationclub account but your week is not yet in their web system (this takes two weeks or so after they recognize you as an owner)

As soon es the week is loaded into the web system it works (without anyone contacting anyone within 24 hours...)
