MVCI phone wait time increase!

Has anyone noticed the wait time for MVC? Had a question, and called at 5:45 EST with a 30+ minute wait time. Questioned this since we have never had this during evening hours. Just called at 8:00 pm. EST, and there was a 15+ wait time. We've experienced this during high date, morning hours, but never in the evening on a Dec. 8 evening! Is this typical? or a cut in staff?

More people may be calling in to complete their reservations due to online reservations issues. I've noticed that the new banking extension has caused some problems in the ability to choose how I want my points allocated. I'm offered options to use my enrolled points for 2016 that haven't yet been banked, but am not able to choose my banked points that expire in 2017. Most of us would prefer to use banked points over unbanked points because they expire sooner and can't be transferred. I now have to call MVC to complete my reservation since I can't do it myself.

Be sure to fill out the survey that is sent after every reservation. This will help identify there is a problem, so hopefully they will do something to fix it.

Could very well also be as a result of the online MF snafu's....with lots of folks needing/wanting to call in because of that.

Depending on the type of question, I've found their online chat system to be pretty quick and efficient.
