Hi...I have no problem getting on the site..unfortunately can not check availability
At first the link wouldn't load so I restarted my computer. Now I'm on the website and can't get resort pull down menu to load.

It wasn't working for me earlier but is now, you might try again.

Probably due to all the angry Aruba Surf Club owners (like me) with less than 14 days of arrival, Aruba government shut down the entry to all Int’l travelers— Marriott owner services posted only option deposit with II, only now, being told II has blocked this resort for deposit.

I understand everyone being affected by the health pandemic (could be months) but this is my resort that I pay fees to; hopefully we’re offered something.

still no drop down menu when booking points
I couldn't get into the website earlier, now that is working. Now I can't get it to accept the full info (resort, location) needed for a search. It looks like they're doing maintenance so I'd try periodically.

As a matter of principle II won't take deposits that can't be used so this is expected. HI will likely be in the same boat as will other resorts if this continues.

Still no drop down menu.

Yesterday was strange with the phone lines. The message said they were imposing new hours because of the virus. Said it was Mon-Sat. yet all day the phone lines were closed.

Now today no drop down menu. Are they preventing new reservations? Time will tell.

They often do maintenance on Saturday night/Sunday morning. That I could not get in at all earlier and now can, strongly suggests this is the case. I plan to keep trying though it sounds like your need is far more urgent than mine. I want to do some planning and I'd sent in a cancelation for NYC for 5/28 by the form on Friday so I wanted to check to see if they've canceled them yet, they haven't.

You mean a new announcement other than the one that has shown for a while on the MVC site? What are you wanting any new one to say?
