MVC hours

I tried calling MVCI this morning, received a recorded message that they are only open Monday through Friday 9am-5pm EST. Appears due to Covid they no longer have Saturday hours.

Does anyone know if there is a chat or other function that allows you to contact them on the weekends?

FYI. I was able to go through automated chat system and eventually get out of the computer automated response loop to chat with a person.

I know someone is working weekends but not sure if chat is available. We have emailed them to request cancellations and get responses within a few hours on weekends.

You can email from the website. From the home page click on "Have a Question?" then on the pulldown, click "contact us". On that page near the top of the page you'll see the following.

Once you click on "clicking here", you'll have a ton of options. You can also access the link under Covid Cancelation as well. It's sometimes a day or 2. I'm not sure their hours for Chat, they really don't see consistent but they're often there early, late and off hours including weekends. Keep the page open if the option is not there, even if they are doing Chat the link doesn't always show up.
