We're close to being in need of selling/giving away/exiting our weeks properties (Grand Vista 3brLO and Royal Palms 2br) which we have owned since 1999 and 1987 respectively. Does such a Marriott service still exist?
Thanks.

Your 3BR LO Grande Vista may be able to be sold in the Marketplace or given away here in the Free Timeshares forum. The Royal Palms week may require deeding it back to Marriott. I am of the thought that it is better to give the deeds to someone else vs a big company that takes them for free and flips them for tens of thousands of dollars. But that’s just me.

Yes but if you get to the point of wanting to just be rid of it, you can give it away to someone who might love it, instead of to MVC to make more $.

may I ask the MF you pay? I’ve been considering adding more MVC points

You won't be adding any more MVC points if you purchase a resale week UNLESS you make arrangements to buy a resale week directly from Marriott.

MVC Points do not follow any week when sold on the resale market (unless you pay a premium and purchase it directly from Marriott).

Best of luck and welcome to TUG.
