Anyone else have this problem? I have mandatory resale weeks and developer weeks (and a voluntary resale week, but that's not important right now). MSC currently only shows my mandatory resale options in the "Total Available StarOptions" section and doesn't show my developer options. When I call SVN they tell me that I have 2 accounts (mandatory and developer -- didn't ask where my voluntary resale goes) and on their system they can see both. Separately. (Which is probably why, from their systems, you can't combine them to go someplace.) So what magic words to I need to tell MSC to get them to show what I really own, or am I unable to get accurate and actionable data on MSC? Do I get one or the other (resale or developer, but not both)? Do we put this down on the requirements for the ultimate timeshare site?

That's IT! No more DH shopping until MSC gets its act together! That will keep him from shopping!!:hysterical:

Any thoughts or ideas? Thanks!

The magic word you seek is "re-qualify".:ignore:

You will just have to log into each account separately. My mandatory resale does show up in my regular account either.
I guess my expectations are low.

I don't think this is correct - my SOs in the account balances section has never been correct whether it is resale, SVO, or a requaled VOI. You are giving SVO/SVN too much credit for the workings of MSC - and listening to the their 'logic' in this matter is not helping. Do not over think this... enjoy.

You should have 1 account. The name has to be exactly the same. The order matter. The primary owner has to be the same. I have to send a letter to change the order of the primary. Once that is done, the account is merge.

MSC "Exact Name Match"

The names have to be identical to each other. For example, if the middle initial is missing on one account but exists on the other account, Starwood will create two separate accounts.

I experienced this same scenario a few months back and had to have my deed re-recorded. It is not necessary to go through another closing process but a correction has to be made and the deed has to be re-recorded and submitted to Starwood.

If you need instructions for this process, please PM me. Good Luck!

Same thing happened to me. One of my deeds had a different name on it from my account, so it wasn't linking up. I actually just sent them an e-mail from the MSC and they changed my name in their system so it was identical. Took about a week, but it eventually showed up...I didn't need to send in a letter or redo the deed!
