I need to remove Vistana Deeds ASAP from Revoc Living Trust and seeking advice as it may be different than Hilton process:

1) called LT Transfers and they can move Vistana from Revoc Living Trust to Personal Names for a fee. We want to make sure this is not seen as a sale to preserve reservations. Is LT the process to preserve ownership and not lose our reservations for 2027 with SOs and II? or should we contact Vistana? If so, what is the best contact email?

2) How to preserve reservations I have made for 2027, 2028 SOs and II trades given it is (fundamentally) the same owner?

I need to get this moved out of trust ASAP or I lose my primary HO insurance upon renewal. Details here:

When I got my trust, lawyer prepared unrecorded deeds.
He prepared the paperwork to move the house into the trust, etc.
I did not record the deeds until over thirty years later. So if we sold, the house wasn’t in the trust but if we passed away, my son was supposed to present the unrecorded deed.
Could you have deeds prepared and not record them u til the pertinent time?

Who is your carrier and when is policy renewal? It may be faster to just get a new policy.
