We're giving away our floating (every other year-odd) timeshare at the RCI Gold Crown rated Stonebridge Village in Reeds Spring, Missouri, paying 2017 maintenance fees PLUS giving you $1,500.00 dollars. You get up to two free weeks in Branson in 2017 (see details below), $1,500.00 and owe no maintenance fees until 2019.

No matter what season appeals to you, the peaceful quiet snowfalls in winter, the great family summer vacation, the wondrous fall foliage or experiencing an Ozark Mountain Christmas, this floating week would let you pick your favorite time.
Stonebridge is within a few miles of the Silver Dollar City entrance and is just a short 5 minute drive to a public marina on Table Rock Lake. Families can enjoy the on-site seasonal outdoor mini water park and swimming pool and a golf course that is one of the top courses in Missouri. Additional amenities are tennis courts, health club, an on-site restaurant, nature trails and Wonderful views of the rolling hills surrounding the Branson area.
Unit is a 2BR Lockout (an A and B side) and you can use it as a one week in a 2 bedroom or 2 weeks in a one bedroom (so it’s possible to have two weeks for the year). If you are an RCI member, both of these weeks could be space banked. Also there is the option of splitting your week or weeks into a three day and four day stay.
Maintenance fees (due on odd years) for 2015 were $692.00
The unit is paid off and MF are current through 2015. Seller will pay all closing costs, the maintenance fees for 2017, and transfer will be done through LT Transfers. The $1,500.00 is yours once the deed has been transferred and the resort has transferred the unit into your name.
