Great idea.one item to note is that when we release v 2.0 of the TUG member only section....you will be able to view the classified ad history of every resort right on the resort review page.
itll show the info of the for sale or for rent ad, the price..and if it sold or not!
Doesn't it just correlate to which states have the most timeshare units in the system? What I find most revealing is that the US West (meaning, primarily, California) and Florida are at the top of the list for TS for Sale. No coincidence that Florida and California rank #1 and #2 in the country for bank foreclosures on subprime mortgages. I wonder how many timeshares were purchased in the first half of this decade from home equity loans on those homes purchased with subprime loans.
Thanks for your research!
How do these figures correlate to TUG Membership?
Yes, I know, I need to join sometime. Maybe after I get through this "heck"acious weekend that follows a previous one that followed not having power for four days........................................
BTW, I'm not asking for sympathy, these things happen to everyone.
I am interested in BocaBum's suggestion and how the figures correlate to TUG Membership.
Sorry about that.not quite sure what you mean Bwolf?
These are just the stats from the marketplace as of the end of the year, the only link they would have to TUG membership, is that every ad posted in the marketplace is done so by a TUG member.
THey are the TUG resort ID # and have been edited out of the post.1.13826 For Sale Harborside Resort at Atlantis
2.14075 For Sale Marriott's Newport Coast Villas
3,14025 What do these numbers mean? I know the ranking number, but not what the 13826 or 14075 numbers mean?
