The weather will be getting much warmer and will bring mosquitos.. I wondered if a mosquito can transfer the virus from one to another....So I went online and they saiid it won't happen...But how do they really know? Just Curious

Perhaps it isn't a blood borne virus?

They are two very different viruses.

The Zika virus is a blood-borne virus transmitted between humans by mosquitoes, and a specific variety of mosquito at that, the Aedes species. It attacks the muscles, joints and in extreme cases the central nervous system and/or brain.

The novel coronavirus (Covid-19) is a respiratory (lung) infection. It is transmitted primarily from human to human by respiratory fluids such as mucus and sputum, most often from coughing or close contact to the person or infected surfaces.
