Hi - I don't know, but that info. is probably on the website - Harborside.
According to the webpage they have VCR's and there is a Fitness Center.

In phase 2, there are DVD players....actually Bose 123 systems. I am not sure about Phase 1, but I doubt there are VCR's.
The fitness gym is located by the pool. It was renovated in the past year, with new equipment and cardio equipment. It is not very big, but gets the job done.

Hi Tom - their website may just need updating, but it does say that the units have VCR's.

When we were there in June, we were staying in phase 2. One of friends were staying in phase 1. We went over to their unit one of the nights, I am pretty sure they had the Bose units also. I need to go back and see if I have a picture of the interior.
Checked pictures, none of the TV. I asked our duaghter and she recalls the same Bose system as we had in phase 2.

If you use the fitness center at Harborside, specifically the treadmills and bikes, take headphones so you can listen to the monitors built-in to the equipment.

Unless it has changed since we went in January of this year phase 1 where we own still does not have DVD players--I am guessing as they renovate they will do this along with installing internet that you don't have to dial in and pay by the minute==our unit on 4th floor picks up wireless from the marina as the antenna is just above us!
