Never heard of 'em, but after 3 weeks and no shipping confirmation, I'd be contacting them. Did you get a confirmation number of the sale? Was your CC charged? If 'no', perhaps they didn't get your order. I saw a support contact on their webpage.

I have the confirmation, and am waiting to hear back from support...they are checking on it for me. Just wondering if anyone else had dealt with them.
