I am finishing a divorce and would sign over to a new owner, this beautiful 3500 sf 3 master suite villa. Private infinity edge pool, hot tub very well appointed fractional ownership. The villa is available to use every two years the last two weeks of September. We paid cash for the property so the maintenance fees are your only requirement. The website says the units are 2800 sf. Are there different models? Do you have a floorplan?

I toured these units about 3 or 4 years ago. Beautiful!

They would be truly beautiful, but at $4800 MF for 2 weeks every 2 years, it's too rich for me. Even free.
