I got my letter this week for the 2009 maintenance fees, and saw a curious item in the 2009 budget.

It was a $499K credit (reduction of expenses) for "Reduction of Deficit" or something similar. Anyone know what that particular item is? I'll ask the resort, but wanted to see if anyone else knew?

Also, there were two budgets -- one for the Vacation Club and one for an Apartments Association, that in total were the 2009 MF's? Again, any thoughts?

Please advise and thanks!
