We would like to transfer/sale ($1) our red week at the Gold Crown Mizner Place at Weston in South Florida to another family or couple to enjoy. We are a military family, and with frequently moving and our unpredictable schedule, it is difficult for us to get the most out of our timeshare.
We own a fixed RED week, floating unit, (deed) ODD YEARS, so the maintenance fee ($773 in 2011 and never has been more than $800) is only due EVERY OTHER YEAR. It's Friday-Friday, week 16, and the week starts in 2013 (April 19-April 26). You can bank the week as two separate one bedroom weeks and go every year if you choose. We also have an extra bonus week EACH year that we can transfer to you if you choose to use RCI as your exchange company. We usually gift this week to family or friends to enjoy.
Mizner Place is a Gold Crown Resort that is located in the popular South Florida Bonaventure Spa, Tennis, and Golf community, home of the renowned Cliff Drysdale Tennis Center! It's conveniently located within steps of your front door are restaurants, shopping, and nightlife located at the Town Center Shoppes. Tennis, golf, swimming, and a full schedule of activities are provided throughout the Vacation Village properties. The area has two PGA championship golf courses, and April is great time for golfing in Florida. Fort Lauderdale is only 25 miles away.
