We own one week at the Waiohai, and are considering picking up an additional week on the resale market. Will we still be eligible for the 13 month reservation, or is that only for developer weeks?

Any owners who own multiple weeks are able to use the 13-mos reservation window, as long as the multi-weeks being booked line up concurrently or consecutively. It doesn't matter if the weeks were purchased direct or as external resales, it doesn't matter if the weeks are at the same resort or in the same season. The only restriction for using the 13-mos window is that multiple weeks must be booked concurrently or consecutively.
