Mirar tool bar?? It's stuck on my computer!

Anyone have knowledge of Mirar toolbar? We're not sure how we got it, but now finding it impossible to remove! When I go through the usual "removal" technique, it asks me to download a removal tool. I'm leary of downloading anything from them!
Any suggestions?

Google "remove mirar toolbar". there are about 31,000 hits. I'd paraphrase, but your information is more direct if you see it yourself. Generally, it appears that Norton, AVG, McAfee, AdAware, etc will take care of it. Personally I love SuperAntiSpyware.
