Is there a minimum age for someone to use a bonus week. I'd like to send my 22 yr old with a guest certificate to use a bonus week. I understand that I will be responsible for anyone I send on a guest certificate.

For II, it's okay. II T&C provide that "Individuals under the age of 21 are not eligible to receive a Guest Certificate."

However, you might want to check with the resort you want to send him to to be sure. The very next sentence in II's T&C states, "Additionally, the issuance of a Guest Certificate and the use of the Host Accommodations are subject to any restrictions or limitations that may be imposed by the Host Resort."

Likely you won't be responsible. The resort will ask him for a credit card imprint upon check-in which will be used for any charges or damage.

Some resorts have a minimum age that may use the resort. This is to prevent younsters turning the resort into a spring break hellhole. I would think that a 22 yr old would have no problems.

It depends on the resort. For example...The Royals in Cancun one had to be 25yrs old. I can't recall at the moment the others that restrict 25 and up. Disney may be one of them.

You would need to find a s resort then call the resort manager to ensure no issues at check in also to find out if you need a guest certificate since the bonus week will be in your name.

Dave I have been told in the past that the original person who holds the week bonus or otherwise is responsible should there be any damage to the resort even if you have someone else use the week. My guess would be in instances where the cardholder does not pay the charges. Again the resort manager would be the best resource.

It really depends on the resort. Some resorts require 20+ some require 25+, but in the end they just don't trouble with parties and room damage.

Let us know what you want to book and we can verify the per resort policies.

Thanks for your inquiry!
