Microsoft Board of Directors - Arne Sorenson

If you own Microsoft stock and are unhappy with the direction of Marriott Hotels or its Bonvoy program you can send a subtle message by voting against Arne Sorenson for election to the Board of Microsoft. Yes, the institutional owners will ensure Sorenson will be elected but trust me if he gets fewer votes than the others standing for election he will get the message. Proxies came out today.

I am surprised he is taking on new Board assignments. Doesn't he have pancreatic cancer?

He's been on the Microsoft board since the first quarter of 2018.
