MF question for parc

Hi tuggers

There has been a lot of talk about MF and best point ratio.

I was just browsing the club program and found that parc soleil has a studie premiere worth 6200 annual point.

Thats the same as a 1br penthouse at parc. :eek:

Normally studios has a lower mf than a 1br, but since our mf thread don't have a 1 br or studio listed I can't event ballpark it.

Does any one know the mf for a studio a parc and if this mf also goes for a studio premiere?

No, but a 1BR is $882 for 2016 so you could probably, safely take $200 off that to guesstimate what the studio MF would be. In 2014 the MF for a 1BR was $290 less than the MF for a 2BR. So maybe that helps you......maybe not.

If you are right then the mf is still higher than a 1br in Vegas with the same or with less points.

If was kinda hoping the mf would be around the same as for Vegas.

Hoping a Tugger will post the mf for a studio in the MF thread for 2016.
