MF Balance on Vistana Website

Hi all,
Has anyone else had a problem with their MF balance not changing to "$0.00" after paying off the balance due? With the exception of Kierland Villas, our other ownerships still show balances even one week after I paid off the balances. However, I did receive emails confirming the amounts paid immediately after I made the payments. I sent a message to Vistana asking if there was an IT problem. Will post results of that inquiry after I receive a response. Thanks! CJ

I paid one of my WKORV units over the weekend and it shows $0 balance now. I wanted to see how long it will take to get the associated Bonvoy points from the payment.

I paid one of my WKORV units over the weekend and it shows $0 balance now. I wanted to see how long it will take to get the associated Bonvoy points from the payment.

I assume you used a Bonvoy credit card and those points will post when the statement closes which includes this particular transaction. You receive no Bonvoy points from Vistana for paying the maintenance fee.

I used a Bonvoy AmEx. I assumed the points would show up on the closing of this month's charges but wanted to check.

I received the response from Vistana yesterday. It stated that all of my payments were applied to one ownership, resulting in a credit for next year for that one account. That's okay with me. However, if I wanted to have the payments applied to the correct accounts, they wanted me to call in to have the rep make the changes. Rather than call in and spend the time on the phone with a rep, I made new payments online and the balances immediately reverted to $0.00 after each payment. Thank goodness it appears that the "glitch" has been fixed! CJ
