No one knows how long the 30% maximum occupancy will be in effect. While that is happening, they seem to be rotating restaurants that are open and at RM, only the large original pool is open and I think the Beach Club.
Hurricane Delta went through there a Tuesday night. Here is a report from someone on the facebook Vidanta Owners page.
We left the storm shelter (which was a warehouse -- the Service Building) and have been back in our rooms for a couple of hours. My wife and I went walking around a bit, so I was able to get a few pictures. There was a Vidanta guy on the beach who told us the beach was closed, and on our way back another Vidanta guy said we needed to stay in our room until crews had a chance to clean up and see what they were going to open and when. So far we don't have any word on that. Didn't see any structural damage at all on our walkabout, and even the grass roofs (like on Mayan Palace and Balche Restaurant) held up. Beach cabanas/palapas are fine. The predicted 15' storm surge didn't happen, otherwise there would have been a huge amount of beach debris in the pool.
The hurricane damage was minimal compared to Wilma in 2005, so they will trim trees and clean up all the leaves and branches and the walkways will be back to normal. None of the units are really close to the ocean and are built perpendicular to the ocean so that help minimize damage to the units.
