Mexican Timeshare Solutions and Sunset/Royal Fishermens timeshare cancelation

I am thinking to hire MTS for canceling my timeshare with Sunset/Royal Fishermens and wonder if there are any good and bad experiences that you can share if you had dealt with them in the past or know anybody that did.

I would definetly appreciate a fast answer.

It's a scam - all of the "timeshare escape" companies are scams.

If you want to cancel your Mexican TS, just stop paying. There is no deed to foreclose, and the only hold they have on you is to block your use. Problem solved. Don't throw good money after bad. They may send threatening letters, but there will be no bad credit report.

Surely a scam. As noted above, you can just stop paying. If they call and hound you, you can send them a letter telling them to stop.

@Gterc, we think that since there is no deed and this is simply a membership club, that you can simply stop paying and they will keep whatever money that has been paid and end your membership.

They will probably keep harassing you after you stop paying. That's what they do. We are not familiar with what the laws are concerning stopping scammers where you live. It may be as simple as writing a letter telling them to stop (Cease and Desist), but I just do not know.
