This may seem like a dumb question but I am ALWAYS paranoid about using my computer or other electrical devices in Mexico. Even with an adapter. Can anyone give me some advice or suggestions to ease my mind. I am staying at Costa del Sur in Puerto Vallarta next week. Thanks!!!

The current and voltage in Mexico is the same as the US, you should not even need an adapter?

Some hotel room receptables may not be updated - they have two prong receptables without grounds, receptables located in the wrong place or just not enough for your devices. You might take a 2 prong w/ground to two prong adaptors, three input-to-one plugs in and a short extension cords.
