A little step in the right direction by the Méxican government ... México intends to clamp down on fraudulent vacation clubs.

The shark tank is a result of having OPCs scattered everywhere. Imagine no tank and they’d be all over the airport inside and out. They are not allowed to solicit outside the shark tank.

When shopping at the "Comer" in SJD, we were accosted by the sharks, who roam the store and had a kiosk set up at check-out.
They were offering up to $400 US (in pesos) to attend timeshare presentations. They are literally EVERYWHERE!
