Seems to be website issues this afternoon. I've tried multiple devices and browsers. It's slow logging in and navigating, and when I look at my upcoming vacations if I select one particular one it boots me back to the login screen again.
Uh-oh! Elon Musk didn’t buy Wyndham, did he? :D

@scootr5 I had similar issues yesterday morning, but they cleared up by afternoonish PDT.
Seems to be working fine just now this morning, too.

I'm looking at a worldmark resort and using the "view monthly availability" function. OH MY, I'm going to DIE watching it spin each time I move forward a month.
This search functionality is painfully slow. one resort has like 12-15 different room options, I have go back and choose a new room type each time then move forward month by month (waiting for the month to load so I can move to the next). There has got to be a better way.

I just visited RCI (through the myclubwyndham site). WOW, now thats fast and responsive and I don't have to pick a room.

Potential glitch in "modify reservation" to add dates.

I had an existing six night reservation, to which I wanted to add the prior night to make it seven nights, starting one night earlier. I checked to see if I could make a completely new seven-night reservation in that unit type; I could. Modify Dates showed me the possibility but "Something Unexpected Happened" when trying to add the night. The new seven-night reservation was still available, so I just booked that and cancelled the six night one. I suppose this could be due to fragmented inventory behind the scenes--this is a resort with more than one phase, and the two phases have different MF structures for the same room sizes/configurations/booking categories IIRC. So maybe that was the problem. But who knows?

@HitchHiker71 let me know if you need more details via PM.

This is a known issue since late last year that hasn't been resolved. The issue is that the Modify Dates calendar isn't showing availability only for the room size in scope - it's showing availability for all room sizes/types - we've had multiple reports of this same issue and we submitted it for remediation in December timeframe last year. That said, it's important to note that searching for net new inventory and then comparing that result to your existing inventory block is apples and oranges. The Modify Dates function is not doing a cancel/rebook on your behalf - it is supposed to be looking at your existing inventory block and determining if that existing inventory can be modified in either direction (earlier dates or later dates). So there may indeed be net new inventory available for the dates in question - but that does not mean your existing inventory can be expanded.

Maybe we could get a ticket open for that. I rarely get emails. Sorry to hijack, but it is frustrating (one of those things we seem to accept but really, would be nice to get fixed).
Good idea. We have been kept in the dark about changes since we requested not to be put through the torture of owner's updates. When I questioned why isn't there true updates only without the gifting, they told me that they keep all owner's up to date on the new benefits through mail and the website. We are still waiting for those emails and/or snail mails and our website has been down since early December 2022 with the exception of 1 week in between now and then. Now, Mr. Brown's owner care specialist states " IT is still working on it ". I should note the only thing that is working for us is our significant autopay of maintenance fees each month.

It would be nice if VIP received some number of free waitlist transactions annually.
It would be better if the website was functional after each update! IT really lacks the ability to make what we have now work. It's wishful thinking one day the system will be fully functional on a regular basis.
