We are having trouble getting the hotel to confirm by email the RCI booking we have at this hotel for a 1 bdrm max 5 occupancy. {4 emails} While I know we can phone them , I have read on some other sites where there are several examples of the hotel not providing what RCI has confimed, so I am trying to be extra cautious by getting it in writing from the hotel before we go. This is our first exchange with RCI and we are perhaps a little apprehensive. MY specific question to RCI is what do we do if we get there with our 4 people and find out we don't have what RCI confirmed. Do we phone RCI for help. Thanks Madge

PS now I am really getting scared. A new email a few hours ago and they say ""They are looking for my reservation"" This is the third email back from them and no answer yet. WE are leaving for our first week in two days and thankfully have a confirmation from That hotel.

Bill008,

If you get to the resort and they do not have the unit type you reserved, call RCI right away. You can call RCI-Mexico directly at 52/55/283-1111. If it's after hours and you just need a fax or something, there is staff in the Indianapolis office 24/7 to handle emergencies. Call 317/805-8000.
