What is a Mayan Bliss and where does that fit into the program? What do you have to own to book into them if you own a MP or SG? Dom

Did a search and found out a Bliss is an upgraded Grand Mayan. answered my own question!

Actually, the Bliss is an upgrade of the Mayan Palace and the Grand Bliss is an upgrade for Grand Mayan.

Now there are multiple "levels" of Grupo Mayan ownership.
Sea Garden
Mayan Palace
Mayan Palace Regency
Bliss
Grand Mayan
Grand Bliss
Grand Luxxe
Grand Luxxe Villas

so if you own at different levels, is there restrictions as to what you can use at the property? We stayed at the GM on a trade, before we ended up buying and at the GM pool they attempted to keep out MP people. It seems reasonable that if you buy a luxury condo you shouldn't have to mingle with the little people, so where do they draw the line when it is all on the same property?

It depends on the location. At Nuevo, the lazy river pool is a GM exclusive which is a difference maker. At Riviera maya, there is a GM only pool, but no big advantage. not sure at the others, but my opinion is Nuevo is the only one with much difference in GM amenities - other than the rooms.
