Curious "courtesy only" flyer received a in today's mail from Resort Owners Association in Orlando. Seems I am in a "select group" invited to participate in z program that "may" eliminate Maintenance Fees for timeshare owners. I need to call between March 1st and March 28th to qualify. Wonder how they can magically eliminate my maintenance fees unless they want me to give them the units. No, I didn't call the 888 number to qualify.

They want you to give them the TS, plus a few thousand dollars!

I think that "select group of owners" is anyone who owns a timeshare. We've been getting these for some time now. It's just another hook to sperate you from your money. Toss it in the trash.

I've read a new system online... basically, these PCC's are now building 'vacation clubs' with the weeks you are paying them to take...in exchange for them taking your week and thousands of your dollars, you are mandated to join their 'vacation club', for a little more then your current MF...this gives you access to their entire inventory, but most of the time, its the worst of the worst times and locations
