The Kahana Falls, a RCI GOLD 4 Star resort, provides the tropical ambiance of Hawaiwith breathtaking sunsets, exquisite ocean and mountain views, and lush Hawaiian gardens.

You’ll feel refreshed the moment the breeze of the Pacific Ocean touches your skin. Located on the west shore, near the historical whaling town of Lanani on the beautiful island of Maui, Hawaii. Kahana Falls Resort is a luxury, beachfront close resort that overlooks the Pacific Ocean. You are a 4 minute walk from the beautiful beach of Kahana and 80 degree water tempertures. Snorkling is 100 yds away in crystal clear water.

I am selling a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Timeshare. This unit sleeps 6 comfortably. This timeshare is a LOCKOUT unit. This simply means that the bedroom and bath can be locked off so that the timeshare becomes 2 timeshares in 1. For instance, you may decide to use the 1 bedroom part and bank or trade the hotel part or vice versa. This is a red level trading value, so even one section of the unit allows you to trade for fabulous larger units in other locations throughout the world

This timeshare is for biennual years (every other ODD year, beginning in 2009). The maintenance fee, every two years, is $1091.00. This covers the entire 2BR/2B unit (1 Bedroom and hotel room). Also, this is considered a RED level trading- a great feature as it means you can use it at any time you choose in weeks 1-50. You can request to stay in the same unit each time OR you can select different units.

With the purchase of this unit, ALL CLOSING COSTS, ESCROW FEES and TRANSFER FEES will be paid by the SELLER. Closing will be handled by a licensed and insured resort transfer company who will also handle escrow. A clear and clean title and deed will be guaranteed with this company. An option title insurance is always offered for your buying safety (additional fees apply). With the seller paying these fees, you are saving over $610 in fees. Also 2009 Maintenace Fees have been paid!

The price of this timeshare is $2000. So with the CLOSING COSTS/TRANSFER FEES and 2009 MAINTENANCE FEES PAID...the total cost of this timeshare is $400 !!!

why does your ad start with saying its an rci gold 4 star resort, then later mention its an rci hospitality resort? (which it is)

It's only has a Hospitality award from RCI. It is NOT Gold Crown. I don't know what agency would rate it as "4 star". Maybe AAA? It's a nice resort but has HIGH m/f and a high energy surcharge fee per stay.

I dunno.....We were there last year and I thought it was a nice facility and well-located. These MF's figure out to around $160/night. Is that high for a 2-bedroom lockout? Our Shell 1-BR's usually figure around $100 per.
