I'm new to this..... but interested in others' thoughts about what will happen with Marriott's ROFR on a $7,100 deal like this. Will the ebay buyer get it? or will Marriott? Thanks, just trying to expand my understanding...

6 months ago I'd guess that Marriott would have gotten a good deal. Today, however, is a different story and given the current climate, Marriott has reportedly let several low prices pass. The bottom line is you never know until you try. It is definitely a buyer's market out there!

You should notice that most ebay timeshare seller have 100's even 1000's of favorable ratings, this seller has 0. I probably wouldn't have bid... and apparently, other felt the same
