Have an interesting one. I have a renter that is staying four weeks at MOC (I own nine weeks). For the first three weeks they are in an OV One Bedroom unit and for the 4th week I put them in an OF One Bedroom unit because I only own three OV units on even years (I need to buy an odd year 2 bedroom OV). They would rather not move and would love to trade their OF for OV so they can stay in their room straight for four weeks. Maynor in rooms control will work with us if we can arrange a swap. Any suggestions on how to advertise an exchange [dates deleted] for an OF with someone that has a one bedroom OV?

Thanks!

Matt

I would post the exchange opportunity in the TUG marketplace -- I do not know if you will find takers, but it is a nice view upgrade opportunity, and I certainly understand the desire to not change rooms. I hope it works for them!

Best,

Greg
