I have a Maui Beach Vacation Club account that is all paid up and ready for a new owner.
The sellers are paying the closing costs and paying the July 2025 maintenance fees.
Account details are as follows:
Annual Usage 2024 available
Float Pearl Unit 2 bed 2 bath, Sleeps 6-8, Full Kitchen
Float Week#1-50 Usage July 1st - June 30th
Usage available from July 2024.
Annual maintenance fees $1,612.00 due July 1st
Buyers starts paying maintenance fees July 2026
