Maui Bay Villas Premiere 1 Bedroom?

Hi! My husband and I are going to Maui in May. I currently have a 1 bedroom premiere booked, but I’m second guessing whether premiere is worth the extra points. It’s hard to fiNF much information about the resort since it’s so new. I would like a nice view, but I‘m not sure it justIfies the extra points, especially since the ocean is across the street.

Any thoughts from someone who has been? (I understand about the location, the beach, the afternoon wind, etc - just looking for feedback on rooms). Thanks!

If it's the penthouse, you'd be top floor with an ocean view.

I struggled to fit much information on the different room categories as well. We are traveling next May as well, currently have a Two Bedroom plus booked. They seem to have standard, Plus, Premier, and Penthouse. The two bedroom Penthouse is still an option for my dates, but its twice the points as the Plus unit. Without a clear description of the difference, i decided against spending the extra points.

Do you have a 1BX or 1PX? The PX is on the 3rd floor in building 6 (IIRC). The BX is on the second floor. They are virtually the same room. There are very subtle differences. I had booked the BX room for my next travel. It saved me about 8000 points.

It was BX. We decided to go with a BR. Saved enough points for an additional vacation, and we don’t generally spend a lot of time in the room anyway.
