Maui 2/3 bdrm units with full air conditioning

I am looking for Maui rental recommendations for 2 or 3 bedroom units at the Lahaina and above towards Kaanapali and Kapalua end of Maui, which have full air conditioning, not just in a few windows air conditioners. Too many units mention fans and tradewinds. That just doesn't work for someone with a serious asthma condition.

I am going to assume that most units don’t have full air conditioning, but it is hard to determine that when looking at listings. A Google search doesn’t provide much. Is there a good source which shows units with full air conditioning? Or, I welcome your individual recommendations.

Marriott's Maui Ocean Club (x2)
Marriott's Maui Ocean Club (new and old units) all have central A/C, and is in the heart of Ka'anapali.

WKORV, WKV, SDO, 4-Kauai Beach Villas, Island Park Village (Yellowstone), Hyatt High Sierra, Dolphin's Cove (Anaheim) NEW: 3 Lawa'i Beach Resort!
The Hyatt and Westin have full air-conditioning as well.

The Whaler on Kaanapali Beach and Honua Kai also have full a/c. The Honua Kai is having a special "hard hat discount" for the villas that have views of the construction work going on next door at the WKORV/NN or Nanea phase.
