I've had my eye on this property for awhile now. Thinking of planning a golf trip out that way later this year. I'll be trading through Interval. Doing a manual search just now, current inventory available is listed separately, one with II code "MAS" and the other as "MA3". Does anyone know the difference?

No, but I booked a getaway for a friend and he loved it. It is basically a 2 br house, with a garage and a golf cart. It is in a residential area. Of the 3 or 4 timeshares in that area, that is probably the best.

When there is more than 1 code it usually either means different phases or more commonly different ownership. For example, one could be fixed weeks and the other a points trust.
