According to rumor the project is to have whole ownership condos on top of businesses. The Hine Group which is a developer from NY who is currently building a similar project in the Harrisionburg area called Preston Lakes is working with the resort on this project.

The resort is currently seeking rezoning on property that borders Rt. 33 and Resort Drive beside the Waterpark.

I will keep you guys posted on any additional information I hear about the project.
