Upper Unit (Full Kitchen): Saturday December 19 - Saturday December 26, 2015 for $595

This unit has 2-bedrooms (one King, and two double beds), 2 baths (one with a HUGE whirlpool tub). Sleeps 4 privately and 6 with the pull-out couch.

A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
The waterpark is owned by the developer and not any of the HOA's. The developer gives out free passes for taking tours. Owners, guests, renters, and the general public all have to pay for access. Retail owners get a slight discount for personal use that does not transfer to guests.
