Small print says its targetted to certain individuals, and also if you currently earn airmiles not eligible. My bonvoy app said no promotions were available for registration. But i tried the website link and it let me register. Weird.

I don't earn miles only Bonvoy points. Maybe I have too many reservations already scheduled for March 17 through June 14, 2020?!?

Anyway, after trying another browser and still making no headway I tried calling. Theoretically the CSR signed me up but he wasn't the brightest bulb on the tree and it isn't showing up on my account. If it isn't there tomorrow I'll call again...an extended version of HUCA.

Hey...we have a winner! Don't know why it took until this morning but 'Elevated Earning' shows up under my promotions. Yes...it's a feeble promotion but 2000 points is better than nothing ;-)

We are both Titanium, my wife by nature of the MVC membership and I'm lifetime which is why we changed to hers. The last few promotions only my wife has received the promotion email and at last once previously when I tried to register I got a page that said I wasn't eligible like above. I have it set to points not miles and the only sticking point was that maybe they had deemed I wasn't eligible for some reason. This time I wanted to figure out why, though it likely won't make a difference as we do most of our travel under Kim's number. I used chat and they were able to add it right away but had no idea why it wouldn't let me add the promotion.

This is such a disappointing promotion. I signed up for it, of course, and will get some points out of it, but it's not a huge incentive.

You using app or website? I could not, and still can’t, see anything via the app, but was offered and was able to sign up via regular website sign in.

Yeah...I had the same problem. I tried different browsers and my iPad but nothing worked. If I wasn't logged in I would be shown the promotion landing page...but once I logged in it disappeared (or gave me the message I posted upthread).

Calling Marriott worked for me (even though it didn't appear until the next morning). I would suggest giving that a try.

Oh...and before you do look up the first day of your last stay at a Marriott hotel. I kid you not. This is Marriott's new security 'feature' to make sure you don't try to add a promotion to someone else's account.
