Does anyone know what the Special Assessment for Kauai was in 2006 for a 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom?

According to the Marriott historical MF section (under the ADVICE, Marriott section) it was $181.71 and $199.88 (2006 data)

Does anyone know what the Special Assessment for Kauai was in 2006 for a 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom?

We own there and haven't heard of any. But the "basic" MF of $1,511 for a one bedroom is plenty high.
