Marriott's Kaua'i Beach Club exchange.

We are confirmed for an II exchange in December, 1bdr week 51. What can we expect in terms of unit (best and worst case scenario). Are all units renovated? From what I read on Tripadvisor that only the oceanfront units are updated. Are there any extra fees that we are going to be charged (like internet, parking, local taxes)?

We were there last summer with family in three units - 2BR OF (our own unit), 2BR OV (DC points), and 1BR OV (Interval exchange). They had all been renovated and were quite nice. We paid Hawaii Transient Accomodations Tax on every unit, but no other fees for parking, internet, resort amenities, etc. Our Interval room code was for oceanview, and that's what we got.
