Marriott's Grande Vista -- $ 650

you pay all the fee's( you can decide on what transfer co to use ) and you can have it for $ 650, its a cracking resort, just struggling to make it work for us in the UK

(Floating Weeks 18-21 & 35-50; Gold Season)

Maintenance Fees were $653.84 last year, so expect a similar amount

I do not want to mess around with offers, if i wanted that i would list if for 750 ;)

You may want to list the number of bedrooms, first years usage, if this years usage is included, and any other relevant information. You may also want to post an ad on Red Week, they are $60 each ad but you are likely to expand your buyer pool.

That's more than what I paid for my Marriott Shadow Ridge Gold 2-Bedroom L/O: $26. And my MF's for the 2-Bedroom lock-off are only sightly higher than the 1-Bdrm.

If you check eBay for 1-Bedroom Gold mainland comps, you can't find any sold, nobody wants them. A 1-Bedroom Gold is a give-away at best. If that doesn't work, pay the closing costs.

I've considered selling my Gold annual 2-Bdrm L/O and getting a Plat EOY 2-Bdrm L/O, but I know that I wouldn't anything for my Gold and the Plat would run me over $1,000. Some Marriott Plat 2-Bdrm Willow Ridge's recently sold for "under" $1,000.

OK where did you see a two bedroom Willow Ridge (that's in Orlando, right?) for sale?? I would have bet Marriott would have bought it back at that price!

Willow ridge is Branson, MO. Some reports of ROFR being excersised at that price but most have made it thru.

Is that the Marriott TS that has low maintenance fees? Do you the names of these timeshares before Marriott changed them. I'm Talking about in Walt Disney World and the Branson Marriotts.

Both Willow Ridge (Branson) and Harbour Lake (Orlando) used to be in the Horizons by Marriott collection if I am recalling correctly. I believe that is what you are referring to.

I've only owned Marriott a few years now. I don't recall reading about the Horizons. Time for a Goggle search ...
