Marriott's Cypress Harbour is located in Orlando FL. This particular ownership is a Sport Season, which floats weeks 18-23 and 34-50, with Fri, Sat., or Sun. check in.
Annual usage begins in 2013, and the 2012 maintenance fees were $996.77.
2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit (non-lockoff).
This will be transferred to you with the current year's maintenance fee paid in full, I would like to split the resort transfer fee, recording fee, and closing costs.

Reason for selling: I am a single mom and am preparing to send 2 kids to college starting fall 2013 and can't afford to travel, as education is the most important priority.
