Lulu's Bait Shack is good, not fancy but decent food, fun place just a few steps outside the doors of MBP. There are a lot of other choices within walking distance.

Cabs are very easy to get in the area. If you want quiet, get a cab up to Franco and Vinnie's on Sunrise - about 2 miles north, 1 block off Ocean Blvd. Is very reasonable $15-25 for entrees.
