Marriott Vacation Club's Big Island (Hawaii) property

I have read a couple of good info threads on this resort - I have 2 questions.
1) Are the timeshares here converted hotel rooms?
2) Does someone have a link to the 1 bdm. floor plan/pictures?

AFAIK the 1 bedrooms are hotel conversions. Here's a photo of the "kitchen" and bedroom (pool view window is at an angle) from spring of 2022:
